MANUELA - New York City

Greenway Associates were appointed as Quantity Surveyor for Manuela NYC, a unique dining concept teaming with dramatic and inspiring site-specific commissioned artwork. Manuela has been created by our esteemed client, Artfarm, and is named in honor of Manuela Wirth, co-founder of Artfarm and the Hauser & Wirth Gallery.


THE GROUCHO CLUB - Soho, London

Greenway Associates have commenced work on the iconic Groucho Club situated in the Bohemian heart of London’s West End. Its private members are mostly drawn from the publishing, media, entertainment and arts industries.

PRIVATE MEMBER’S CLUB

Greenway Associates are proud to have been involved as the Quantity Surveyor for Ennismore’s first private members’ club under the Maison Estelle brand. The club offers members four dining experiences and 11 drinking venues, a nightclub and curated retail space.

Greenway Associates were the QS & PM for these newly launched eclectic bars as part of the Chateau Denmark development - a boutique hotel and collection of luxury rooms and apartments over 16 buildings. Thirteen Bar is full of gothic luxury, with Dial8 as the adjoining private club in the basement.

The F&B offerings that adjoin Firmdale hotels are designed to do much more than simply cater for hotel guests. Each restaurant and bar is a thriving businesses in their own right, entertaining both local crowds and celebrity guests. Designs often include visible cook lines, multiple private dining rooms, heavy FF&E, demanding OS&E and locations that include basements, rooftops, courtyards and an orangeries.

AQUA SPIRIT
RESTAURANT & ROOFTOP BAR

Greenway Associates provided Quantity Surveying services for the refit of this glamorous restaurants first outing in the UK, which included an open-air rooftop bar. The restaurant can accommodate up to 170 seated guests or 800 standing, with indoor and outdoor zoned spaces, private dining rooms and banquette seating.
