Being involved in projects that preserve and enhance historically significant buildings such as this one, is always a tremendous honor for us.
THE PROJECT
The Haymarket Hotel boasts 53 uniquely designed bedrooms, suites, and a townhouse, each curated by Kit Kemp in her signature fresh modern English style. The hotel offers a range of room categories and suites that are ideal for families and larger groups, featuring spacious accommodations and interconnecting options for added comfort and flexibility.
Additionally, the hotel includes a basement with a gym, spa, and a 60-foot swimming pool, as well as a restaurant and two bars. A notable feature of the Haymarket Hotel is its full façade retention scheme, which preserves the building’s original exterior design and character.
CHALLENGES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
The basement, which includes a gym, spa, and a 60-foot swimming pool, was by far the most complex we have ever worked on.
